The main function of the bridge-building machine is to lift the beam, then transport it to the position and put it down. Bridge launching girder crane is divided into road bridge, conventional railway bridge, passenger bridge and so on.
1. Before the girder carrier prepares to move the girder, the bridge team technician shall inform the project division technician, who shall provide the supervision engineer with the technical certificate of all the t-beams to be put on the shelf. After the inspection and confirmation by the supervision engineer, the project division technician shall inform the girder team technician to lift the beams from the girder yard.
2. The person in charge of the bridge erection team shall restore the cross line of the support (according to the center line of bolt hole popped out by the construction team of the lower structure), self-check the space between the two adjacent beams, apply to the project division technician after passing the inspection, and apply to the supervision engineer after passing the inspection.
3. After the beam is firmly fixed on the girder carrier, the technician of the bridge team shall draw the center line of the beam end and inform the technician of the project division to check the support, pull and size of the center line. After passing the inspection, the technician of the bridge team shall be notified to organize the girder operation. In the process of operation, the front and rear vehicles of the bridge team are monitored by special personnel, and the process is monitored by the project technician.
4. After the beam is transported to the place of the gantry crane, the bridge-erection team will make a self-inspection on whether the gantry crane wire rope is strung or clamped, whether the wire rope is damaged or broken, whether the steel tile of the guard beam is placed properly and other conditions. The project division technician shall review the steel wire rope and steel tile of gantry crane.
5. After the girder to the bridge deck tire girder truck, the beam plate to support, pull reinforcement. After the reinforcement is completed, the bridge team shall apply for inspection to the technician of the project division. After passing the inspection, the bridge team shall apply to the supervision engineer for inspection. After passing the inspection, the girder shall be moved. When moving the beam, the front and rear trolleys shall set special persons to watch and control the tire line and the safe state of the beam.
6. When the beam is transported to the beam launcher, the technician of the bridge erecting team shall apply to the project division technician for inspection after the completion of the preparation work. The division technician shall check the preparation work before the beam feeding and apply to the supervision engineer for inspection after the inspection is qualified. Inspect inspect after passing, begin to feed beam. In the process of beam feeding, the bridge team shall keep an eye on and control the hoisting wire rope, which shall be arranged smoothly and not clamped, so as to ensure the walking consistency of the girder carrier and trolley.
7. When the longitudinal beam is in place, it starts to fall, and when the beam falls about 30cm away from the supporting cushion stone, it starts to move horizontally. Install the support bolts and drop wire hammer in the center after the horizontal movement. The side beam shall use the outer supporting block, the inner supporting block and the square wooden wedge. When the middle beam is erected, the wooden block and the square wooden wedge shall be unified. After the support is solid, the bridge team technician shall apply to the project division technician for inspection, and the qualified technician shall apply to the supervision engineer for inspection. After the supervision inspection, the steel wire rope shall be removed before the next process construction can be carried out.
8. After the erection of adjacent beams is completed and the temporary support is submitted for inspection, weld steel plates at both ends and between baffles in time. After the erection of the whole hole beam, the steel plate of the baffle plate is welded as required, all corrugated steel strand is put on and tightened, the temporary support of the inner side is removed, and the technician of the project division shall apply to the supervision engineer for inspection, and the erection construction of the beam through and under the hole can be carried out after passing the inspection.
9. After the preparation of the bridge erecting machine before passing the hole, the technician of the bridge erecting team shall apply to the project division technician for inspection after passing the hole, and then apply to the supervision engineer for inspection. After passing the hole, the technician can carry out the hole operation.
10. After passing the hole, the technician of the bridge team shall check the support and level of the transverse track of the supporting leg. After passing the inspection, the technician of the project branch shall check it.
